Contact

You can reach the Lithewood editorial team directly, and we read every message that lands in our inbox. Whether you spotted an error, have a question about something you read, or want to suggest a topic, we want to hear from you.

Send your message to [email protected] and tell us clearly what you need. The more detail you share, the faster we can point you toward a helpful answer.

What to Send Us

We welcome a range of messages, and a few types come up often. Here are the ones that get the quickest, most useful replies:

  • Corrections and clarifications: If a figure, definition, or explanation looks off, let us know which article and which line so we can review it.
  • Topic suggestions: Tell us what you wish we covered. Reader questions shape much of what we write next.
  • Feedback on our guides: Share what helped you and what left you confused. We use this to sharpen future content.
  • Media and partnership inquiries: Reach out with a short summary of what you have in mind.

Response Times

We aim to reply within three to five business days. During busy stretches, it can take a little longer, so thank you for your patience. If your question is time sensitive, say so in the subject line and we will do our best to prioritize it.

You will get a faster answer when you keep your message focused. One clear question beats a long list, and a link to the exact page you are asking about saves everyone time.

What We Cannot Help With

Lithewood is an independent education site, not a customer service channel for any bank, lender, card issuer, or financial institution. We have no access to your accounts, applications, balances, or personal records.

If you need help with a specific account, a disputed charge, a pending application, or a payment problem, contact your provider directly. Look for the support details on the back of your card, on your monthly statement, or inside your online account dashboard.

We also cannot give you personalized financial advice. Our team explains how credit, loans, budgeting, and banking generally work, but decisions about your own money should involve a licensed professional who knows your full situation.

A Few Notes

For your safety, never send sensitive details such as your full account number, Social Security number, passwords, or login credentials. We will never ask you for them, and you should treat any message that does as suspicious.

By writing to us, you understand that email is not a secure channel. Keep your message general, and we will respond with the same care we put into everything we publish.
